Gertrude Lanham was born on 13 July 1913.1 Gertrude Lanham was also known as Little Bit Horry.

Gertrude Lanham married Heyward Howard Horry, son of Elias Edward Horry Sr and Mary Oregon Howard, on 23 September 1961 at First Baptist Church, Edgefield, Edgefield County, South Carolina. She was 48 at the time. Her married name was Gertrude Lanham Horry.

Gertrude Lanham died on 5 December 2000 at Salem, Virginia, at age 87.1 She was buried after 5 December 2000 in Sherwood Memorial Park Cemetery, located at 1045 Lynchburg Tpke, Salem, Virginia. This is an assumption and must be confirmed.

Her husband, Heyward Howard Horry, was buried after 16 October 2004 in Sherwood Memorial Park Cemetery at 1045 Lynchburg Tpke, Salem, Virginia.2

Hannah LeBaron was born on 5 April 1734. She was the daughter of Lazarus LeBaron and Lydia Bartlett.

When she was 8, her mother, Lydia Bartlett LeBaron, died on 19 May 1742.

Hannah LeBaron married Benjamin Goodwin, son of John Goodwin and (Female) Hopkins, on 17 November 1757. She was 23 at the time. Her married name was Hannah LeBaron Goodwin.

When she was 39, her father, Lazarus LeBaron, died on 2 September 1773 at Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, at age 74.

Hannah LeBaron Goodwin died on 25 October 1775 at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, at age 41. Hannah was survived by her husband, Benjamin Goodwin. Hannah was survived by her children, Daniel Goodwin.

Lazarus LeBaron married Lydia Bartlett, daughter of Joseph Bartlett and Lydia Griswold, on 16 May 1720. He was 21 at the time.

When he was 43, his wife, Lydia Bartlett LeBaron, died on 19 May 1742.

Lazarus LeBaron died on 2 September 1773 at Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, at age 74. Lazarus was survived by his children Hannah LeBaron.

Francis Elon Lindamood Jr's obituary appeared in the newspaper in Richmond Times-Dispatch, Richmond, Virginia, on 30 September 2009. It listed Emma Lee and Michael Wayne Lindamood as surviving him.2

The family will receive friends at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home, 8014 Lee-Davis Rd., Thursday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., and where funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hanover Rescue Squad #6.

Julia Wickham and Alice Leigh appeared in the 1871 census on 16 January 1871 as a household member living with Charles Merriwether Fry at New York, New York County, New York. The official date for this census was 01 June 1871. She was listed as Miss A. Leigh, age 27, born in Virginia.3

Chapman Johnson Leigh, Anne Carter Leigh, Virginia Leigh and Alice Leigh appeared in the 1850 census on 20 June 1850 as a household member living with Julia Wickham Leigh at Richmond, Virginia. The official date for this census was 01 June 1850. She was listed as Ann C. Lee, age 18, born in Virginia.3

Anne Carter Leigh married Charles Old, son of William Old Sr. and Martha Hardaway, on 24 October 1850 at Richmond, Virginia.1 Her married name was Anne Carter Leigh Old.1

When she was 70, her husband, Charles Old, died on 26 January 1903 at Powhatan County, Virginia, at age 79.

Her husband, Charles Old, was buried after 26 January 1903 in Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery at Rt 603, off Genito Road, Genito, Powhatan County, Virginia.7

Charles Old left a will on 2 March 1903 at Powhatan County, Virginia, and mentioned Anne Carter Leigh.8 Charles Old's will read as follows:
I Charles Old, being of sound mind do this 9th day of March 1902, make this my last will and testament. I give & bequeath to my beloved wife Anne Carter Old all the property both real and personal of which I may be possessed after paying my debts.

A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Charles Old, deceased, was this day produced in Court and there being no subscribing witness thereto, S. L. Dance and J.K.P______ were sworn and verbally deposed that they are well acquainted with the testators handwriting and verily believe the said handwriting and the name thereto subscribed to be wholly written by the testator's own hand. Whereupon the said handwriting is ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of the said Charles Old deceased.

Anne Carter Leigh Old appeared in the 1910 census as the head of household on 21 April 1910 at Spencer, Powhatan County, Virginia. Also living in the house was, her daughter-in-law, Elizabeth Abbot Weisiger, her granddaughter, Elizabeth Old, her grandson, Sinclair Barbarin Old, William Old Jr and Charles Old Leigh Wickham. She was listed as Anne C. Old, age 75, widowed, born in Virginia. She had had 7 children, with 3 still living. Her occupation is farmer.9

Anne Carter Leigh Old died on 21 April 1917 at Powhatan, Powhatan County, Virginia, at age 84. She was aged 86 years and 9 months when she died. She was buried after 21 April 1917 in Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery, located at Rt 603, off Genito Road, Genito, Powhatan County, Virginia.

     Benjamin Watkins Leigh, Chapman Leigh and Hamilton Leigh appeared in the 1870 Census as a son of John Wickham Leigh Monterey, Monterey County, California, on 30 August 1870. He was listed as Benjamin W Leigh, age 6, born in California, at home, attending school.1

Benjamin Watkins Leigh, Chapman Leigh and Hamilton Leigh appeared in the 1880 census as a son of John Wickham Leigh on 4 June 1880 at Castroville, Monterey County, California. He was listed as Benjamin Leigh, age 16, painter, born in Calilfornia, attending school.3

Benjamin Watkins Leigh married Margaret I Jepson in 1895 at California.2

Also living in the house was his wife, Camille Bowie, his son, Benjamin Watkins Leigh, Chapman Leigh and Hamilton Leigh. He was listed as John W. Leigh, age 42, editor of the Monterey Democrat, born in Virginia.2

John Wickham Leigh appeared in the 1880 census as the head of household on 4 June 1880 at Castroville, Monterey County, California. Also living in the house was his wife, Camille Bowie Leigh, his son, Benjamin Watkins Leigh, Chapman Leigh and Hamilton Leigh, his daughter, Mary W Leigh, Elizabeth Leigh and Julia Leigh. He was listed as John Leigh, age 50, editor, born in Virginia as were his parents.3

Chapman Johnson Leigh, Anne Carter Leigh, Virginia Leigh and Alice Leigh appeared in the 1850 census on 20 June 1850 as a household member living with Julia Wickham Leigh at Richmond, Virginia. The official date for this census was 01 June 1850. She was listed as Virginia Lee, age 15, born in Virginia.1
